Serious Signage

JONES

125′

(#22/100 North Carolina county highpoints)

On paper this looked like it would be a sweet walk in the woods along a dirt road from the intersection of Potters Hill and NC-1103.

Doesn’t this look inviting?
I always want to know what’s around that next bend of the road!

But, alas.

<<< sigh >>>

And lest we even THINK about trespassing, you can see that EVERY tree is posted!

This is a Yellow-rumped Warbler living in Jones County which can fly down that road any old time.

    1. It would depend on whether or not the road is part of the Blount Woods Preserve. If there are no signs on the right, you *might* be okay, but maybe not. If signs are on both sides, you risk prosecution.
